摘　　要：目的：观察紫杉醇每周与三周方案联合卡铂治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌的疗效和不良反应。方法74例非小细胞肺癌患者被随机分成紫素每周给药90MG／M2第1、8天，或每三周给药175MG／M2，卡铂AuC为5两组。结果每周方案与三周方案有效率无显著差异（P〉0．05）。每周方案骨髓抑制、外周神经损害等显著轻于三周方案（P〈0．05）。结论紫素联合卡铂每周方案优于三周方案，保持疗效的同时提高了患者的生存质量。Objective： To evaluate the activity and toxicity of weekly and monthly regimens of paclitaxel and carboplatin in the management of advanced non-small cell lung cancer. Methods：41 Patients of NSCLC were administered weekly paclitaxel at a dose of 90mg//M2 for three weeks with one week off compared with 33 Patients of NSCLC every 3 weeks infusions of 175 mg/m2 with carboplatin AUC 5. Results： The response rate of monthly regimen compared with weekly regimen has no significances（P 〉 0.05）. More toxicities has been seen in monthly regimen, especially in neutropenia and nervous lesion Conclusions： Weekly regimen of paclitaxel is better than monthly regimen.
