中专护生对基础医学课教师综合素质的期望及与现实的差距

摘　　要：目的了解基础医学课师资队伍现状和中专护生对基础医学课师资队伍素质的期望，探讨两者间的差距，以便采取有效的对策。方法采用问卷调查法对我校已完成基础医学课正在学习核心护理课程的2003级中专护生进行调查。结果目前基础医学课教师整体素质及教学水平与护生的期望值还有差距。结论基础医学课师资队伍素质不能完全满足中专护生的期望，采取积极有力的对策和措施对于提高基础医学课师资队伍的整体素质很有必要。Objective The aim of the study is to understand the present situation of the basic medicine teachers and the expectation on overall quality among basic medicine teachers from nursing students in secondary nursing school ,and taking the way to deal with this situation. Method Investigating-examination papper was used among grade 2003 nursing students who are studying clinical nursing course.The content of the investigating-examination papper involves overall quality among the basic medicine teachers, i.e. the essential factors of personality, essential factors of mental-body and essential factor of intelligence and their teaching work,i.e, teaching manner, teaching contents and the teaching method. Result It indicates that there are some disparity between the overall quality of the teachers and the expectation of nursing students. Conclusion the overall quality among basic medicine teachers can＇t be satisfied by the expectation of nursing students in secondary nursing school. Stronger measures to improve the overall quality among basic medicine teachers shoulg be used.
