摘　　要：目的分析胰腺囊实性乳头状瘤的临床及CT影像特征,提高该病的CT诊断准确性。方法回顾性分析经手术及病理证实的2例胰腺囊实性乳头状瘤的临床及影像资料文献。结果2例病人,女性,12岁和21岁,临床均以偶然发现上腹部肿块就诊,病变部位均发生于胰头部。CT主要表现为囊实性肿块,大小分别约6.1cm×5.2cm×1.5cm及11.8cm×8.2cm×12.0cm,病变邻近结构受压移位。结论胰腺囊实性乳头状瘤具有一定的X线影像特异征象,仔细分析这些征象,能改进胰腺囊实性乳头状瘤的定性诊断准确性。Objective To study the clinical and CT characteristics of solid cystic papillary tumor （SCPT） of the pancreas, and to improve the diagnostic accuracy of this disease. Methods The CT data of SCPT proved by pathology in 2 cases were retrospectively analyzed. Results All 2 patients were young female （ age 12 years and 21 years）. Both cases were found accidentally with a palpable mass in the abdomen. Tumours were located in the head of pancreas, the lesions presented as a mass containing both solid and cystic components on CT scan. The masses were 6era and 12era in diameter, and the adjacent viscerals were displaced. Conclusion SCPT of the pancreas has specific CT characteristics. Analysis of these characteristics can improve the specific diagnosis of the disease.
