摘　　要：通过对三省及一个市与出生登记相关的工作人员的访谈及相关文献检索,描述了中国流动儿童出生登记的现状;探索了宏观层面上影响流动儿童出生登记的因素;总结了未登记对流动儿童权益的影响;提出了政策建议。中国流动儿童出生登记状况较差,存在一系列问题;宏观层次上影响流动儿童出生登记的因素众多;未进行出生登记会影响到流动儿童的众多权益。Through interviewing work staff in departments related to birth registration in three provinces and a city and related literature review, the thesis analyzes the status of floating children＇s birth registration in China. And it explores the macro determinants and summarizes the effects of not being unregistered on floating children＇s rights and interests in China. At last, it brings forward suggestions to policy. The results show that the status of floating children＇s birth registration is not satisfactory and many problems exist. There are a lot of macro - determinants on floating children＇s birth registration and their rights and interests will be affected if they are not registered.
