摘 要:以水利部综合事业局为例,介绍水利事业单位在业务发展中对品牌战略的理解和运用。探讨了水利事业单位实施品牌战略的关键环节:业务品牌的定位、规划设计、建设、运用和品牌保护等。提出随着社会的进步和发展,水利事业单位的品牌还需要在有效的传播过程中不断升华。The brand strategy is the most important measure for water resources institutions.The brand includes their business brand and institution brand.As for the implementation of brand strategy,the key and basis are the creation of core business.The most important rings include the orientation of brand,planning and design,establishment,application and protection of brand,etc.In this paper,take Bureau of Comprehensive Development of Ministry of Water Resources as a case,the understanding and application of brand strategy in water resources institutions during their business development are introduced.
