顺铂、氟脲嘧啶腹腔周疗对晚期卵巢癌腹水的控制作用

摘　　要：目的 寻求快速控制恶性腹水生成的化疗方法，提高患者生存质量。方法 采用顺铂（DDP）、氟脲嘧啶（FU）腹腔周疗法，首次DDP80mg／m^2．FU750mg／m^2，以后改为DDP50mg／m^2、FU500mg／m^2，每周1次，共4周，每周评价腹水消长情况。结果31例患者中，完全缓解（CR）16例，缓解率51．6％，部分缓解（PR）11例，缓解率35．5％，总有效率87．1％；严重毒副反应发生率低于10％。结论DDP与FU配伍腹腔灌注周疗法，毒副作用较静脉化疗轻，能在较短时间内有效控制腹水，改善患者生存质量。Objective To investigate the therapy method of aseites of ovarian cancer as early as possible and improve life quality of patients. Methods The therapy method of intraperitoneal week-chemotherapy with DDP and FU was used. The first dose was DDP 80 mg/m^2 and FU 750 mg/m^2,then DDP 50 mg/m^2 and FU 500 mg/m^2 once a week for four weeks in all. To evaluate the inhibition effect on malignant ascites every week. Results In 31 eases,there were complete remission （CR）16 eases,partial remission （PR） 11 eases respectively. The rate of inhibition on malignant aseites was CR 51.6%, PR 35.5% and CR＋PR 87.1% respectively. The severe side effects were below 10%. Conclusions The side effects of intraperitoneal week-chemotherapy with DDP and FU are not serious than those of intravenous chemotherapy. This kind of chemotherapy can effectively reduce the malignant aseites as early as possible and improve life quality of patients.
