摘　　要：以半视野图形翻转视觉诱发电位(H-PRVEP)评价33例鞍区肿瘤的视觉功能,所用参数包括P100潜伏期、波幅、时程三大类,发现有关潜伏期参数是较理想的指标。对造成参数分析差异的原因进行了探讨。Besides clinical routine examinations,such as visual accuity, field and optic disc,we have studied and compared the parameters of P100 of hemi-field pattern reversal visual evoked potential (H-PRVEP) from 33 cases of sellar tumors, including absolute latency .inter- and in-tra-eye's difference of latency, amplitude, inter- and intra-eye's ratio of amplitude, time length, inter- and intra eye's difference of time length. We have found that paramenters about P100 latency are superior to the others and H-PRVEP is sensitive to clinical examinations.
