血清中胃蛋白酶原对胃癌的诊断价值

摘　　要：检测６５例健康成人，９５例胃癌及消化系统其它疾病患者血清胃蛋白酶原（ＳＰＧ）含量，结果表明，胃癌患者ＳＰＧ值明显低于正常对照组。萎缩性胃炎患者胃底腺粘膜萎缩愈严重，ＳＰＧ值降低愈显著。消化性溃疡患者ＳＰＧ值含量升高，而贲门癌、食道癌患者ＳＰＧ值与正常对照组相比差异无显著性。提示ＳＰＧ测定可以作为胃癌及胃癌高危人群的初步筛选指标，用于胃癌的普查，对提高早期胃癌诊断率有重要意义。The SPG content from 65 healthy adults, and from 95 patients with carcinoma of stomach and with other digestive system diseases were detected. Results showed SPG value from patients with carcinoma of stomach was obviously lower than that from normal control group. The more serious the fundus glands membrane atrophied from patients with atrophic gastritis, the slower the SPG value descended. The content of SPG value from patients with peptic ulcer ascended, but the difference of SPG value from patients with cardiac cancer and esophagus cancer was not obvious comparing with that of normal control group. It indicated that the SPG detection can be acted as the preliminary screening index for carcinoma of stomach and that of high risk group. It has great significance for diagnosing the carcinoma of stomach in the early stage.
