61例复发性胃癌的再手术治疗分析

摘　　要：[目的]评估复发性胃癌再次手术的治疗价值。[方法]回顾性分析上海市长宁区中心医院1991年1月至2004年1月收治的61例复发性胃癌手术治疗和随访资料。[结果]61例患者18例行手术切除,14例行短路手术,29例行探腹术。18例手术切除组中根治性切除11例,姑息性切除7例。[结论]复发性胃癌能否再次手术切除取决于复发部位,手术切除需慎重,复发胃癌较局限的患者宜再次手术治疗。[Purpose ] To evaluate the clinical value of re-operation on patients with recurrent gastric carcinoma. [Methods] Operation and periodical follow-up data of 61 cases undergoing re-operation for recurrent gastric carcinoma from January 1991 to January 2004 in center hospital of Changning, Shanghai city were studied retrospectively. [Results ] Of all patients, resection was performed in 18 patients, 11 of them underwent radical resection and the others（7 patients） underwent palliation resection. Bypass with gastrojejunostomy was performed in 14 patients and laparotomy in 29 patients. [Conclusion] Whether the recurrent gastric carcinoma can be resected or not depends upon the location of recurrence in patients. The patients with local recurrent gastric carcinoma should be undergo re-operation.
