摘 要:探讨AgNORs染色图像分析在肺腺癌诊断及分型中的意义。AgNORs染色后采用图像分析的方法对肺的炎性假瘤(10例)和腺癌(100例)进行研究。炎性假瘤的AgNORs颗粒为2.14±0.29/核,总面积为184.86±19.88μm^2/100个核,明显低于各型肺腺癌(P<0.01)。在高度恶性的腺管型腺癌、实体癌及大细胞癌中,AgNORs计数和总面积(6.32±1.68,832.42±31.4μm^2)则明显高于低度恶性的腺样囊性癌及预后较好的细支气管肺泡癌(P<0.01)。在腺腺癌鉴别诊断及分型分级方面,AgNORs的总面积比计数意义更大。AgNORs类型和大小,特别是直径≥2.5μm的单个圆形或粗大融合性颗粒也具有一定的参考价值。To inrestigate the significance of image analysis of AgNORs on diagnosis and classification of lung adenocarcinoma, inflammatory pseudotumors (n=10) and adenocarcinomas (n=100) of lung were studied by AgNORs staining technique and image analysis system. The number and total area of AgNORs in inflammatory, pseudotumors were respectively 2.14±0. 29/nucleus and 184.86±19.88μm^2/100nuclei, much less than any type of adenocarcinomas (P<0.01). In high degree malignant tubular, solid and large cell carcinomas, the number and total area of AgNORs (6.32±1.68, 832.42±31.46μm^2) wrer much larger than in low degree malignant adenoid cystic and bronchiolo-alveolar carcinomas (P<0.01). The total area of AgNORs had more significance than AgNORs count in differential diagnosis and classification of lung adenocarcinoma. The types and size of AgNORs, especially at the diameter of ≥2.5μm in slngle-round or roughaggregate grains had some valuable references.
