摘  要:通过激光照射乳腺癌小鼠脾区,观察其对肿瘤生长的抑制及对红细胞免疫功能的增强作用。采用肿瘤实验室培育的近交系小鼠TA_2系,♀,40只,接种乳腺癌后第二天及第九天用波长830nm、功率20 mW激光免疫治疗仪对两组分别进行脾区照射两个疗程,对照组不进行照射。处理后称瘤重,计算肿瘤抑制率,做红细胞C_(3b)R花环、RBC—IC花环及三种肿瘤红细胞花环实验。结果:接种肿瘤后第二天及第九天激光照射组肿瘤抑制率分别为39.77%和61.04%;RBC—C_(3b)R较对照组提高,RBC—IC较对照射组降低,肿瘤红细胞花环率较对照组提高。提示激光照射乳腺癌小鼠脾区能抑制肿瘤的生长,提高红细胞免疫功能,对循环免疫复合物有降低作用。By laser irridiation on spleen area of mice with breast carcinoma, the inhibition of carcinoma growth arid strengthening of RBC immunity were observed. Seperately from the second and tenth day after plantation with breast caroinoma two groups of mice were irridiated for two courses with a wavelength of 830 nm and a power of 20mw. The control group received no irridiation. Then the mice were anatomized. The rates of inhibiton in the two experimental groups were respectively 39.77% and 61.04%. The rates of C_(3b) receptor rossette of RBC and tumor erythrocyte rossette in the two groups were apparently increased. It is suggested that the breast carcinoma growth of mice could be inhibited and RBC immunity improved by laser irridiation on spleen.
