完善我国公务员行政责任追究机制之路径探析

摘　　要：在我国社会主义现代化建设的过程中，各种安全责任事故频频发生。这严重地扰乱了社会生活，损害了国家和人民的利益。究其原因，很重要的一点就是我国现行公务员行政责任追究机制不完善。建立严格科学合理的公务员行政责任追究机制，不仅能有效维护公民、法人和其他组织的合法权益，而且可以保障行政责任制度的顺利实施。During the construction of the modem socialist society, the security accidents which extremely disturb the society and impair the interests of nation and people frequently happen. A main factor is that institutions of the civil servant＇ administrative obligations are imperfect. After the happening of accidents which are caused by the undue execution, the relative staff who can be held responsible for the accidents have not been properly punished. Through the scientific administrative obligation-imposed institution of the civil servants, not only can the interests of civilians, legal person and other organizations be maintained, but also the execution of the institutions of administrative obligations be smoothly concluded.
