摘　　要：海峡两岸创业投资状况的对比及两岸经贸、政治、文化等关系表明,两岸创投业具有合作的必要性和可行性。但是,目前台湾和大陆都存在较多制约两岸创投业交流与合作的因素,应积极采取措施突破障碍,促进两岸创投业的深层次交流与合作,实现优势互补。It shows from the comparisons on the cross-straits conditions of business establishment and investment, as well as the commercial, political and cultural relations that cooperative necessity and feasibility do exist on both sides of the straits. However, both of them have many limitations in mutual communication and cooperation. Both sides, therefore, should undertake initiatives to break through the obstacles in order to enhance further communication and cooperation and also to fulfill mutual advantage complement.
