摘　　要：“高校被诉”日益成为社会关注的热点问题。究其原因,与高校校规片面强调学校的管理职能、忽视学生的权益有直接关系。为了构建“以人为本”的社会主义和谐校园,各高校应采取积极措施努力实现高校学生管理工作的法治化。The phenomenon of institutions of high learning being sued is increasingly becoming a hot topic worthy of social concern. This is directly related with the fact that the stipulations of institutions of higher learning lay undue emphasis on the management function of schools and neglect the students＇ right. In order to establish the people-oriented socialist harmonious campus, colleges and universities should take active measures to implement the legalized management of college students with great efforts.
