摘　　要：本文在阐述马克思关于人的全面发展理论的基础上,归纳和总结了人的全面发展理论在我国不同时期的演进,着重分析了人的全面发展理论在中国特色社会主义法治建设中的重要作用,突出了人的全面发展在国家发展建设中的地位。人的全面发展的科学发展观体现了我国宪法的人权精神,更体现了新一届中央领导集体以人为本的执政理念。Based on expounding Marx＇s theory about all -round development of human, this paper induced and summarized different phases of the history of the theory about all - round development of human in China, especially analyzed the important effect of the theory on the construction of nile of law with Chinese characteristics, and stressed the role of the theory in the national development and construction. The scientific concept of all-round development of human embodies human right spirit of our country＇ s constitution, and human - oriented administration of the new leading collective of the Central Committee of CPC.
