摘　　要：将84头黄牛随机分为氯前列烯醇2次注射(Ⅰ组)、1次注射(Ⅱ组)和对照组(Ⅲ组)进行诱导同期发情。结果表明:试验Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ组同期发情率分别为89.29%、60.75%、32.14%(P<0.05);情期受胎率分别为72.00%、70.59%、66.67%(P>0.05)。The study was carried out to induce estrous synchronization with PGF2a in which eighty -four cattle （ They are divided into three groups： group Ⅰ is injected two times; group Ⅱ is injected one time; group Ⅲ is for compared） are selected at Livestock Experimental Station. The result shows that there is a significant difference in available embryos between natural estrous donors and PGF2a induced estrous donors. Estrus synchronization rate is 89.29% , 60.75%, 32.14%, respectively; Cycle conception rate is 72.00%, 70.59%, 66.67%, respectively.
