摘 要:根据微机可控顶调速系统的调速原理,从系统工程的观点出发,通过模拟钩车的动态溜放过程,将驼峰纵断面和调速设备作为一个系统进行统筹考虑和规划。基于系统最小时差理论的优化设计思想,在等速区对难、易行车采用不同的定这值,使溜行时差达到最小;在减速区则着重考虑减少布顶数量和调速设备利用率,对微机可控顶调速系统进行优化设计。实例计算表明,设计方案峰高有所降低,推峰速度提高近0.5km/h,布顶数量及其使用率也有明显减少。Based on the principle of speed control of TDJ system controlled by computer,proceeding from the viewpoint of system engineering, by simulating the wagon's dynamic running process on the computer, this paper thinks of the hump vertical section and speed control devices as one system. In view of the optimum design thought of system's minimum equation of time theory, the different constant--speed values for hard and easy rolling wagons are adopted in the equal-speed section to make the running equation of time to achieve minimum, and the special stress is laid on considering cutting down on the quantity of TDJ retarder and the utilization rate of speed control devices in the deceleration section, so as to carry out the optimum design for TDJ systems controlled by computer. By example, it is indicated that the hump height of the layout has been reduced to some extent, the pushing speed has been increased nearly 0. 5 km/h, and the quantity of TDJ retarder and the utillization rate of the speed control devices have been cut down obviously.
