摘 要:设计的浮动式内摩擦轮减速器主要由外摩擦轮、内摩擦轮和浮动摩擦轮等构件组成.运动或动力由外摩擦轮输入,由浮动摩擦轮通过摩擦力将运动或动力传递给内摩擦轮,由于外摩擦轮和内摩擦轮直径的不同,从而实现外摩擦轮到内摩擦轮的变速传动.由于外摩擦轮和浮动摩擦轮布置在内摩擦轮内部,因此结构紧凑.该减速器在磨损后,具有自适应调节能力,不影响传动性能.同时,对影响该减速器的主要结构参数、传动能力、动力特性等作了详细论述.The designed transmission case of floating-type inner frictional wheel is made of outer frictional wheel, inner frictional wheel and floating frictional wheel. The motion or power is inputted through outer frictional wheel and transmitted to the inner frictional wheel through the frictional of floating frictional wheel. Because of the different diameters between outer and inner wheels, the transmission case has the same functions of conventional transmission case. The outer and floating frictional wheels are assembled within inner frictional wheel, so the structure is compact. After wearing the floating wheel has the capability of self-adjusting to reach the suitable position in the wedged space. Meanwhile, the structural parameters, transmission capability, dynamic property of the transmission case are detailed.
