摘　　要：中国是否需要建立临时仲裁制度,目前学界和实务界已论战多时。本文从临时仲裁具体设计的角度出发,提出了临时仲裁在中国实施的若干设想,以期为临时仲裁的施行作有益的探讨。Whether to need the ad hoc arbitration in china today, different experts have different opinions. From the angle of designing for the Chinese ad hoc arbitration, the article offers some personal opinions for the ad hoc arbitration system in China in the future and hopes more and more persons keep an eye on the Chinese ad hoc arbitration.
