摘　　要：最近研究表明，幽门螺杆菌感染是慢性萎缩性胃炎的重要诱囚之一。本文就幽门螺杆菌所致慢性萎缩性胃炎的最新诊断方法和中西医治疗现状，以及饮食保健康复措施作一简要的概述。Recently research shows that helicobecter pylori is one of predisposing cause of chronic atrophic gastritis .New diagnostic methods, treatment status of traditional Chinese and western medicine, dietotherapy, rababilitation and health measures were reviewed in chronic atrophic gastritis caused by helicobecter pylori.
