集中式儿童弱视训练的组织与管理

摘　　要：目的探讨儿童弱视训练的新模式,介绍集中式弱视儿童训练在硬件和软件方面的组织管理工作。方法在硬件方面,主要根据儿童弱视训练特点从医院、诊室、训练室等三方面进行环境布置和设备安置。在软件方面,对就诊流程设置、视力监测手段、家长随同制度等诊疗程序进行改革。同时对于训练的儿童和家长进行人性化管理和教育。结果儿童和家长对治疗的依从性与治疗效果密切相关,集中式儿童弱视训练一方面可以提高儿童和家长的弱视治疗依从性,另一方面所采用的综合疗法也较家庭的单一疗法见效快,效果好。结论采用集中式儿童弱视训练,利用寓训练于娱乐形式可以激发儿童参加弱视训练的兴趣,促进弱视治愈。Objective： To discuss new model of amblyopia training program for children, and introduce organization and management about amblyopia training program in hardware and software. Methods： In hardware, in light of children＇s amblyopia training character to equip hospital and consulting and training room. In software, innovating setting examine flow, adopting different vision inspecting measure and using parent companying system, on the other hand, to humanize manager and instruct measure for children and parents. Results： Children and parent＇s compliableness for therapy were nearly correlation to cure effect. On the one hand, intensive amblyopia training increased children and parent＇s compliableness for therapy. On the other hand, integration of various therapies in hospital was more effective than single therapy in family. Conclusion： Adopting intensive amblyopia training and using training in entertainment are to excite student to attend actively and prompt amblyopia cure.
