摘　　要：知识资源是知识经济时代企业生存的基础和核心竞争力形成的关键。我国企业在知识资源管理中还存在许多观念和体制障碍,严重影响了企业知识资源的创新和竞争能力的增强。我国企业应该通过加强结构治理和大力实施知识管理来提高知识资源的创新能力。Knowledge resources are the foundation and the key to core competitiveness of the enterprises in knowledge economy era. There are still many obstacles which seriously affected the enterprise＇s knowledge resources to enhance the innovative capacity and competitiveness. Chinese enterprises should make great efforts to governance the structure and knowledge management of the enterprise＇s to improve the ability of knowledge resources innovation of the enterprises.
