摘　　要：目的 探究MEBO治疗指端V-Y推进皮瓣术后坏死缺如时的效果及作用机理。方法 总结2000年3月-2006年12月收治的25例行V-Y推进皮瓣术后出现指端坏死缺如时使用MEBO（湿润烧伤膏）的情况，常规2次清创后直接外涂MEBO，采用湿润均压包扎法，定期换药。结果 25例病人使用MEBO治疗的病人均愈合，效果良好，且瘢痕不重。结论 使用MEBO可使患指缩短不明显，降低了医疗成本，免去了手术痛苦，同时能减少医患纠纷，值得推广。Objective To explore the effect and mechanism of treatment of MEBO on fingertip necrosis and congenital absence after surgical operation of V - Y propulsion to flaps. Methods We summarized the conditions of ihe 25 cases with MEBO on fingertip necrosis and congenital absence from March 2000 to December 2006,routinely,give patients inunction of MEBO after the second debridement with humid bandaging, and change the dressing at definite period. Results The 25 patients all healed well with the treatment of MEBO,and the scars are not severe. Conclusion MEBO could make the constriction of finger - tip not obvious,lower down medical cost, avoid surgical operation pain ahd sufferings, and also can reduce the disputes between doctor and patients, which is worth popularizing.
