摘 要:采用皮粉法与胶体滴定法测得pH=7时木麻黄树皮单宁的胶体滴定值与单宁质量的标准曲线,所得标准曲线的线性回归方程为:y=0.4852x+0.8755,线性系数R2=0.9997。再用胶体滴定法滴定来自同一株木麻黄树的叶、粗枝和细枝的浸提液,根据胶体滴定值在标准曲线上对应的单宁质量计算出干体各部位的单宁含量。木麻黄的叶、粗枝和细枝的单宁含量分别为12.11%、7.31%和6.29%,相对极差R小于2%。A method was developed to rapidly determinate the tannin content by combining the bark powder method with the colloidal titration. The standard curve of colloidal titration value vs tannin content at pH 7 was y = 0. 4852x + 0. 8755, and the linear coefficient was R2 = 0. 9997. A series of colloidal titration values of leach liquors of the branches and leaf from the same Casuarina tree was got by colloidal titration, then the corresponding tannin contents were obtained from the standard curve, thus the tannin contents of different dry parts of the tree can be calculated. The tannin contents of the leaf, thick branch and thin branch were 12.11%, 7.31% and 6.29 %, respectively. The relative ranges R were less than 2 %.
