阿昔洛韦联合炎琥宁治疗原发性疱疹性口炎疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察阿昔洛韦联合炎琥宁治疗原发性疱疹性口炎的临床疗效。方法将128例原发性疱疹性口炎患者随机分为两组,治疗组和对照组各62例患者,治疗组采用阿昔洛韦联合炎琥宁静脉滴注;对照组采用单纯阿昔洛韦静脉滴注。结果治疗组总有效率为92.3%;对照组总有效率为72.4%。经Ridit分析,治疗组平均疗效显著高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论阿昔洛韦联合炎琥宁治疗原发性疱疹性口炎疗效高,可缩短疗程,值得推广应用。Objective To Observe the clinical effect of acyclovir combining with Yan Hu Ning for the treatment of primary herpetic stomatitis. Methods 128 patients with primary herpetic stomatitis were randomly divided into two groups. The therapeutic group had 62 patients, which were treated with intravenous injection of acyclovir and Yan Hu Ning. The control group had 62 patients as well, and were treated with intravenous injection of acyclovir. Results The total effect of the therapeutic group was 92.3%, and of the control group was 72.4%. By Ridit analysis, the average effect of the therapeutic group was significantly superior to that of the control group （P 〈0.01）. Conclusion Acyclovir combining with Yan Hu Ning has a good effect in the treatment of primary herpetic stomatitis, shortens the treatment course, and is worthy of wide application.
