摘　　要：信息化是提升我国中小型制造企业竞争力的迫切需要。本文对中小型制造企业实施信息化的必要性进行了分析,指出在信息化过程中存在的问题,并提出了相应的对策。Information is very necessary to small and medium manufacturing enterprises to enhance the competitiveness. This paper fist analyzes the necessity of implementation of information technology for small and medium manufacturers, then points out the problems that exist in the information process and gives some advices on resolving the problems.
