摘　　要：本文通过对跨文化交际中称谓、招呼与寒暄、赞美与答谢、客气与得体等方面进行语用分析,追寻其中失误的原因。并以探讨词典对策为宗旨,纵览比较英语学习型词典对语用信息的处理方式,最后针对英汉词典提出编写建议。This paper explores the pragmatic failures in terms of addressing, greetings, politeness, praise and answer in the cross-cultured communication. And for a solution, ELT dictionaries are examined for the inclusion of pragmatic information and its presentation, and finally suggestions are presented for the compilation of the English-Chinese ELT dictionary.
