摘　　要：加强企业家人才市场构建是建立现代企业制度促进企业发展的必然要求。建立与市场经济体制和现代企业制度相适应的高素质的职业化企业家队伍是当前新形势的迫切需要,对于促进国民经济发展具有一定的积极作用。Strengthening the entrepreneur talents market is inevitably request to establish modem enterprise system and promote enterprise development. The establishment of high quality professional entrepreneurs of adapting the market economy system and the modem enterprise systems is the urgent need for current situation, which is to have certain positive role in promoting the national economy development.
