摘　　要：分析了企业动态能力的4个构成维度:组织文化、组织过程、资产和技术状况、成长路径;提出了企业动态能力具备的5个能力特征,并对我国企业如何在动态能力的4个构成维度的基础上进行创新以培育与再造动态能力的问题进行了探讨,为动态能力理论的研究和应用提供了一个新的思路。This article analyzes the four dimensions of dynamic capability：organization culture, organization process, the state of assets and technology, and the route of growing. It presents the five characters of dynamic capability, then discuses the cultivating and rebuilding the dynamic capability of domestic enterprise on the four dimension of dynamic capability, and provides new ideas for dynamic capability research and practice.
