摘 要:循环经济本质上是一种生态经济。企业作为经济运行的微观主体之一,在循环经济中处于基础地位。在循环经济模式下企业绿色营销应选择以下路径:建设绿色企业文化,形成绿色营销理念;建立绿色价值创造模式,提高绿色顾客让渡价值;规划绿色营销过程,制订绿色营销组合;组建绿色管理组织,健全绿色管理制度。Currently,there are more pre-evaluations on projects of the National Technological Innovation Project than the post-evaluations on their economic impact.As a matter of fact,many problems have emerged which need to be studied such as the contents of the evaluation,the time,the area,the methods,and the indexes used in the post-evaluation on the economic impact of the projects.As those projects exert influence on the regional economy,national economy or departmental economy through industrial chains,we need to make an analysis of those factors which affect the project evaluation based on the industrial chain theory.
