摘 要:南水北调中线工程输水线路长,沿线分水口门和控制设施多,水力学及调度控制响应是工程设计与运行管理的关键。在收集、整理南水北调中线相关资料的基础上,建立了南水北调中线基础地理、输水线路、控制工程及相关建筑物的综合数据库。采用自主开发的TGIS平台,集成了南水北调中线总干渠一维和局部二维、三维数学模型,在该平台下,能够进行输水能力计算、水力控制响应分析,为工程设计、管理和运行调度提供了基础平台。The main channel of the Middle Route Project of South-to-North Water Transfer has a long route, a vast water supply district and numerous water-diverting outlets along the channel, hydraulic feature and response time and sensitive to operation are most important problems for engineer designing and operating. Both spatial and attribute data of the water diversion project related are managed based on RDBMS. Four computation models for hydraulic calculating the channel flow of the whole channel reaches are developed and integrated with TGIS. Under the digital canal platform, the water transfer capability, canal operation responsibility and canal performance can be fulfilled. The integrated digital canal can be used for the engineering design, project management and water supply regulation.
