摘　　要：企业财务管理目标是企业自身关注的重要内容之一。为了完善财务管理的理论,有效指导财务管理实践,必须对财务管理目标进行认真的研究。其中,主要以“利润最大化”、“股东财富最大化”和“企业价值最大化”等观点最为流行。我国现代企业应选择企业价值最大化作为财务管理最优的目标。The financial management target is one of the items that are concerned greatly in modem enterprises. In order to improve the theory of financial management and guide the financial management practice better, it is very important to research the financial management target. There are several ideas which are recognized broadly ,such as ＂the maximum of profit＂ , ＂the stockholder wealth maximum＂ and ＂the maximum of enterprise value＂. For modern enterprises in China, the maximum of enterprise value could be a reasonable choice.
