摘　　要：阐述了信息资源规划在企业信息化建设过程中的重要性,在此基础上提出企业信息资源规划的首要任务是制定企业信息化建设的战略目标,通过分析案例企业的成功IT革新经历,介绍了如何利用平衡计分卡帮助企业了解其信息资源利用的战略需求并实现企业信息战略与商业战略的协同关系,从而明确企业信息化建设的目标和方向。This paper illustrates the importance of ISP for informatization of enterprises, based on this puts forward that the most initiative action of ISP is to define the strategic target of enterprise＇s informatization construction, and through analyzing the successful experiences of IT innovation of the typical enterprise, introduces how to use the balanced scorecard to help the enterprise know its strategical demands of information resource utilization and realize the associated relationship between informational strategy and commercial strategy of enterprise and further make clear the target and direction of enterprise＇ s informatization construction.
