摘  要:为深入探明楔横轧接触区变形规律,实现零件楔横轧近终成形,采用有限元数值方法模拟楔横轧轧制过程,获得稳定轧制过程中的接触区的面力和位移,进而求出轧制接触区表面应力。在此基础上,较详细地分析了展宽角、成形角和断面收缩率三个主要工艺参数对接触区表面应力的影响规律,并对所建立的有限元计算模型进行了实验验证。研究结果对合理选择楔横轧工艺参数以及实现零件的精确成形具有重要的现实意义和应用价值。To further study the contact zone deformation rules of cross-wedged rolling and realize the near net shape of cross-wedged rolled parts, FEM was adopted to simulate the cross-wedged rolling process in this paper, acquiring the surface force and displacement of contact zone during stable rolling process. Through these, the surface stress of rolling contact zone can be obtained. Based on all of these mentioned above, the law of the effect of three processing parameters including spreading angle,forming and reduction in area on the surface stress of rolling contact zone was analyzed in detail and the FEM model was verified through experiments. The results possess important practical significance and application value for selecting cross-wedged processing parameters reasonably and realizing the precise forming of cross-wedged parts.
