摘　　要：目的对小肠结肠炎耶尔森氏菌全DNA进行酶切,了解吉林省小肠结肠炎耶尔森氏菌在核酸水平的差异。方法用脉冲场凝胶电泳(PFGE)方法进行分析。结果用PFGE将33株小肠结肠炎耶尔森氏菌分成7个核型,其中0∶3血清型分出5个核型;0∶9血清型2个核型。结论提示脉冲场凝胶电泳分析可用于小肠结肠炎耶尔森氏菌遗传关系的研究,以及分析暴发流行和常规监测,追踪传染源。Objective Enzyme cut the all of the DNA of Yersinia enterocolitica to know about the difference of Yersinia enterocolitica of our province at the nucleic acid. Methods Make use of PFGE to analyse. Results 33 strains Yersinia enterocolitica are divided into 7 nucleic types,in which 0： 3 biotype is seperated out 5 nucleic types,and 0： 9 biotype is parted into 2 nucleic types. Conclusions It has been proven that PFGE analysis can be used to study the genetic relationships of Yersinia en- terocolitica, and analyse explode epidemic, routine surveillance, and trace infectious origin.
