摘  要:目的建立长期、稳定且易于眼压测量的高眼压模型。方法健康新西兰白兔24只,随机分为三组,即空白对照组、生理盐水组和高眼压组,每组8只。高眼压组用红细胞悬液眼前房注入法制做兔眼高眼压模型。结果造模后眼压逐渐升高,第8d时达高峰,为34.20+2.26mmHg,持续1d后,眼压缓慢下降,至第11d,眼压下降至20.08+6.22mmHg,维持近15d,眼压降至正常。空白对照组和生理盐水组眼压基于正常水平。形态学观察,视细胞内外节断裂,视网膜神经节细胞(RGC)明显空泡并且排列稀疏、细胞体积大小不一,核仁不清或无,核内染色质稀少且分布不均。神经纤维层高度水肿。结论此模型易于制做且便于眼压测量,这将为RGC损伤保护方法的研究奠定一定的基础。Objective:To establish a stable and easily measured intraocular hypertension models of rabbits. Methads:24 rabbits were divided into three groups randomly, including control group, normal salinegroup and high intraocular pressure group, and each group including 8 rabbits. Fixed red blood cells were injected into anterior chamber to create intraocular hypertension models of rabbits. Results:The intraocular pressure of model group increased gradually and attained the top level at 34.20 ± 2.26mmHg about 8d. After persisting 1 d the pressure descended slowly. To the eleventh day, the pressure descended to 20.08±6.22 mmHg and restored to the normal pressure after 15d. There was no change in other groups. The samples of intraocular hypertension models have the characteristics in morphology as follows : The inner segment and the outer segment of visual cell broke. Retina ganglion cell (RGB) was few and scattered and has more sap cavity in cytoplasm. The size of RGB was difference and its nucleolus disappeared or was indiscernible. The chromatin was few and scattered unevenly. The nerve fiber was highly edema. Co clution:The model was easier to make and to measure, it would be the basic experiment for the research of the protection of retina ganglion cells.
