精神病院实习护生生活应激的分析

摘　　要：目的探讨精神病院实习护生的应激反应情况。方法使用SLSI和TAI量表对精神病院的实习护生调查并进行前瞻性跟踪。结果护生实习前后SLSI评分存在显著性差别,TAI评分差异无统计学意义;不同学历的实习护生SLSI和TAI评分无显著性差别;高TAI组和低TAI组SLSI评分存在显著性差别,总样本的实习前T-AI和SLSI(应激反应维度)评分存在显著性正相关。结论精神病院对于实习护生来说是一个应激场所,实习护士的应激反应及反应模式可能与其心理素质因素存在着一定联系,我们建议对实习护生加强心理培训和示范,以促进其对精神病院的适应。Objective To understand the stress condition of student practical nurses in psychosis hospitals. Method Student practical nurses were interviewed and followed - up by SLSI and TAI. Results The score of SLSI before practice was significantly higher than that of afther practice. But no significant difference in the score of TAI. There was no significant difference in the score of SLSI and TAI to student practical nurses from variant education levels. The group of high TAI score was significantly higher than that of low TAI score. A positive correction was evidenct between the scores of TAI and SLSI before practice. Conclusion Psychosis hospitals are a stress situation to student practical nurses. There may be an association between the response and model and stress and mental of student practical nurses. It is necessary to strengthen the psychic train to improve the adaptability of student practical nurses to psychosis hospitals.
