摘　　要：网格被称为第3代因特网,它的目标是实现互联网上所有资源的全面连通。在OGSA、OGSI和GT3的基础上,提出了网格技术应用于通信网管理中的实现方案,其中重点介绍了GT3下网格服务的开发。有权限的用户使用浏览器或其他应用程序登陆门户,访问通信网管理网格服务,实现了有权限的用户对通信网的定制管理。The grid was called the third generation Internet; its goal is to realize the across-the-board connection of all the resources in Internet. Based on OGSA, OGSI and GT3, a schema of grid technology applying in communication network management is raised, of which the processes of grid service development based on globus toolkit3 are introduced in detail. Users with permission can use browser or other application program to access the communication network management grid service via Portal.
