摘　　要：介绍了一种以80C196KC单片机为核心,利用晶闸管交流调压电路来实现的环保节能型电机软启动器系统的原理、结构和应用,并给出了系统的软硬件设计。该系统结构简单,参数调整灵活,能平滑、无级地起动三相异步电动机,是一种集电机软起动、软停车、轻载节能和多种保护功能于一体的新颖电机控制装置。The article introduces the principle, structure and application of a new type of environment-protecting and energy-saving soft starter of electric motor using single-chip 80C196KC and thyristor AC-voltage regulation circuit, and provides the software and hardware design of this system. This system is simple in structure, easy to adjust parameters, as well as smooth to start three-phase asynchronous motors. It is a novel device which integrates the advantages of soft start, soft stop, light load, power saving and multiple protections.
