摘　　要：应用保健功能的评价方法,对液体发酵生产的猴头菌丝体中提取的猴头菌丝多糖进行免疫调节功能的研究。结果表明:猴头菌丝多糖可明显提高小鼠腹腔巨嗜细胞的吞噬功能,能够在一定程度上提高小鼠血清溶菌酶含量,明显促进迟发型超敏反应的发生。The immunoregulatory function of Hericium erinaceus polysaccharide which was yielded through the liquid fermentation was studied with the assessment method of health care. The resules showed that Hericium erinaceus polysaccharide could improve the phagocytic function of macrophage,and improve the content of serum lysozyme to some extent.
