摘　　要：利用酶工程技术,可以提高中药有效成分的提取率,促进微量活性成分的转化。本文综述了酶工程在中药生产中的应用进展。Enzyme engineering technology can improve the extraction and separation efficiency as well as transformation of active components in traditional Chinese medicine （TCM）. The progress of the application of enzyme engineering in TCM industrialization production is reviewed.
