摘　　要：通过引入“财务供应链管理”的思想,提出了财务供应链管理下的新型财务流程具备的动态财务平台和五个功能模块,分析了新型财务流程的四大优势,为企业优化财务流程,提升动态财务能力,构建企业动态能力提供了一个新的研究视角。This paper presents the dynamic financial platform and five function modules of the new financial process under financial supply chain management by introducing the idea of financial supply chain management. Then the paper analyzes the advantages of the new financial process, and affords the new view on optimizing financial process, promoting dynamic financial capability and building the dynamic capability of enterprises.
