摘　　要：职业伦理是一种特殊的社会意识形态,对于职业的生存与发展有着特殊的意义。档案职业的基本伦理原则包括求实保真原则、主动服务原则与尊重权益原则三个方面的内容。档案职业伦理建设是档案职业的一项重要的生存之策,文章就有关方面作了论述。Professional ethics is a special social ideology that has a special significance for the existence and development of the profession. The basic principles of ethics for archival profession include three aspects, namely, principles of seeking praticality and keeping reality, active service and respecting rights and interests. The construction of professional ethics of archives is an important measure for existence of archival profession,and the related points are discussed in this article.
