摘　　要：分析知识型企业知识状态系统的历史形成和演变过程,揭示知识型企业知识状态系统自组织的本质属性,自组织行为是知识型企业知识状态系统有序发展的内因和根本动力。行业相关竞争者、知识交流平台商以及政府的他组织行为有效地推动了系统的发展,他组织通过自组织发挥效用。最后通过实证,揭示我国知识型企业的特点和需求。This paper provides the intrinsic property of the self-organization of the knowledge state system of knowledge-based enterprise by allying the formation history and evolution course of the knowledge state system of knowledge-based enterprise. The self-organization behavior is the inherent reason and primary motivation of the orderly development of knowledge state system of knowledge-based enterprise. The hetero-organization behavior of the competitors, knowledge communication and government urges effectively the system＇ s development. And the hetero-organization exerts auxiliary effect through self-organization. At last, by studying the practical evidence, this thesis also shows the characters and demands of the knowledge state system of knowledge-based enterprise in our country.
