摘　　要：血小板活化因子广泛存在于人体各种组织，参与多种生理和病理学过程。P-选择素是血小板活化的标志物，在脑缺血再灌注过程中起重要作用。文章对二者在脑梗死中的意义做了综述。Platelet activating factors exist extensixely in various tissues of human body. P-selectin is a marker of platelet activation. It plays an important role in the process of cerebral ischemia- reperfusion. This article reviews the significance of platelet activating factor and P-selectin in cerebral infarction.
