摘　　要：干细胞移植治疗中枢神经系统疾病已成为当今于细胞研究的主题。文章从干细胞，主要是神经干细胞和骨髓间充质干细胞的历史、来源、分布、生物学特性以及移植的可行性方面总结了干细胞移植治疗中枢神经系统疾病如神经变性、神经损伤和脑缺血等试验性研究的最新进展。Stem cell transplantation for the treatment of neurodegenerative disorders has become a subject of stem cell studies nowadays, This article summarizes the most recent advances for stem cell transplantation in the treatment of central nervous system diseases, such as neural degeneration, nerve injury and cerebral ischemia in experimental studies from the history, resources, distribution, biological characteristics and transplantation feasibility of stem cells, mainly neural stem cells and the mesenchymal stem cells.
