摘　　要：李达和毛泽东有着长期哲学交往关系,这在中国马克思主义哲学发展史上具有重要地位和作用。总体上,李达和毛泽东的哲学交往是相当密切的,也有晚年稍嫌生疏的时候,这是他们哲学思想总体契合、又有差别的反映,也是形势发展使然;李达和毛泽东在哲学交往的过程中,相互之间在哲学思想上相互影响,相互促进,形成了各具特色的哲学思想体系;李达和毛泽东的哲学交往,主导了马克思主义哲学在中国的传播、马克思主义哲学中国化和马克思主义哲学通俗宣传的历史。李达为马克思主义中国化作出了重大贡献。LI Da was in long-term philosophical communication with MAO Zedong, which had played an improtant role in the historical development of Marxist Philosophic Sinicization. In LI Da＇s old age, they had estrangement from each other. This was the difference of their philosophical thinking as well as situation. In their philosophical communication, they had interacted and developed their distinctive system of the philosophical thinking. The philosophical communication had dominated over the course of Marxist Sinicization. LI Da had made great contributions to Marxist Sinicization.
