摘　　要：肺癌的发生、转移和预后与突变型p53、VEGF表达密切相关。突变型P53、VEGF在肺癌组织中高表达,阳性表达明显高于正常的肺组织,两者可以作为评估肺癌生物学行为和预后的指标。突变型P53与VEGF在肺癌中表达有相关性,在促进肺癌新生血管形成的机制中可能存在协同作用。The expressions of mtp53 and VEGF were closely related to the development,metastasls and prognosis of lung cancer, and higher in the lung cancer tissues than in normal lung tissues. They may play an important role in the behavior and biology and prognosis of lung cancer patients and be served as marker to assess prognosis of lung cancer. Mutant p.53 and VEGF expressions in lung cancer have a interrelationship and they have synergies in promoting angiogenesis in the lung cancer.
