摘　　要：提高高校教学质量,不仅要有一流的教学水平,还要建立一支教育思想先进、管理水平高、作风过硬的教学管理队伍。高校要从源头抓起,把好入口关,按需定编设岗,加强对教务管理人员的职业培训,培养他们的科研能力,重视他们在高校教务管理工作中的重要地位和作用,激发他们的使命感和责任感,使高校的教学管理工作上档次、上水平。To elevate the quality of teaching in institutes of higher learning there needs not just toptouch level of teaching, but also administration personnel advanced in educational thought and administration, as well as perfect style of work really up to the mark, the institutes of higher learning should pay special attention to this right from the beginning, delimit the organizational structure and posts, strengthen professional training of educational administration personnel, cultivate their capacity of scientific research, attach adequate attention to the importance and function of these personnel, and stimulate their sense of mission and duty. In this way the work of educational administration in institutes of higher learning would surely be improved to a better grade.
