摘　　要：目的:介绍一种罕见的半面肥大畸形-Steiner综合征的诊断及手术治疗方法。方法:根据本病的临床特点、影像学表现和病理诊断综合鉴别,手术应注意本病的生长特点,进行阶段性的手术整复治疗。结果:采用相应阶段的手术方法,治疗2例不同年龄阶段的患者,术后外形均明显改善。结论:Steiner综合征是一种以半侧颜面肥大为特征的先天性疾病,严重破坏患者面容。应增加对此疾病的了解和认识,并进行系统化、阶段性的手术整复。PURPOSE： To introduce the diagnosis and treatment of a rare hemifacial hyperplasia deformity： Steiner syndrome. METHODS： The syndrome should be identified according to its clinical manifestation, image and pathologic features. Hemihyperplasia is localized in the area of cheek, zygoma, mandible, maxilla, alveolar processes and teeth, etc. The deformity should be corrected by different operations in different phases according to the rule of development. At preschool age,the malformation of soft tissues should be corrected. At adolescent age, the malformation of soft and osseous tissue should be rehabilitated at the same time. RESULTS： Two patients with Steiner syndrome were treated by applying the introduced operation recently. The patients＇ profile was obviously improved postoperatively. CONCLUSIONS： Steiner syndrome is a congenital disease that is characterized by a wide range of hemifacial hyperplasia. The profile of the patient will be extremely destroyed. We should realize the syndrome and rehabilitate the patient＇s profile by sequential operations.
